Timi Dakolo, a Nigerian singer, has criticised the All Progressives Congress (APC) convention organizers for using the song without his consent.
Politicians have an unjustified expectation that they can do anything they want, including using songs without the artist’s permission.
Hearing his song being played without his consent for the second time, Dakolo took to his social media accounts to call out the convention organizers.
He said;
“Why Use an Artist’s Song without their permission in a rally or campaign. The things people get away with in this country called Nigeria. This is the second time”
